Welcome to Yoga With April! Thanks for stopping by. I truly believe yoga is for EVERYbody and I aim to show that in every session. If you’re unsure about yoga, uncomfortable doing yoga, or really just have no idea where to start, you’ve found the right page, friend. :)

Nothing can describe the feeling of sharing your passion with others.
I’m just a gal who found this practice at a time I really needed it. Being as authentic as I can be in hopes I inspire others to do the same. It’s wildly insane to me how much we are capable of doing when we surround ourselves with the right people, work towards the right mindset, and gain a better understanding that discipline is the key to freedom.
I’m really proud of the people I’ve met, the businesses I get to partner with, and the constant journey I find myself on. It has become my passion to share this practice with you.
HEY, I’M APRIL!
Life is a dream and I’m here for the ride ✨
I’ve dedicated myself to a consistent yoga practice since 2015. After spending a few years developing my own practice I decided to take the leap and enroll in a 200HR YTT program (the best decision ever). I now teach both in person and online to students all over the world. Today I strive to always remain a student by taking continuing education courses.
I love inspiring people to connect with themselves through a movement- and inversion-based practice. With the proper guidance and training tools, we make what seems impossible, possible.
As we dive into this journey together, I will be there every step of the way to remind you that yes, this is hard work but this is work that you can do. All you have to do is show up for yourself, I've taken care of the rest. I'll be waiting on my mat for you.
MY TEACHING METHOD
01 | FIND YOUR CURIOSITY
My sessions are designed to help you embrace the freedom and the structure to find the deepest connection to self. Embark on a journey of self-discovery, relaxation, inner calm, and wellbeing.
02 | PLUG INTO THE PRESENT
Your breath, at any given time, is the most present moment you have. We practice coming back to the breath and enjoying the here and now. This cultivates a sense of balance and harmony within.
03 | LIGHTEN YOUR LOAD
We practice for ourselves. When things get hard we take the tools we have. Our curiosity and breath help us to focus and to remind ourselves we can do the hard things. Let’s do this.
